The rain cleared just in time for Becca & Jordan’s beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony in the courtyard of the Granville Inn, a historic hotel that opened in Granville, Ohio in 1924. After the outdoor ceremony, their guests moved into the Carriage House for the cocktail hour before moving into Denison Hall for the wedding reception.

The Worthington Hills Country Club was the perfect place for Kelsey & Scott’s July Wedding Reception. It was a sunny July afternoon for their outdoor cocktail hour behind the main club house. After the cocktail hour wrapped up, they moved into the grand ballroom for their reception!

Emalee & Rylee’s Wedding Ceremony and Reception was my first opportunity to perform at The Venue at 22 Acres. It’s a beautiful Barn Venue located in Newark, Ohio. Their ceremony took place just behind the barn with the cocktail hour taking place near the side patio.

Ty & Matt’s Wedding Ceremony and Reception at Understory was my first opportunity to perform at the former open air school, reimagined with the upper floor turned into an event space. It’s definitely a cool venue with areas for Ceremony/Reception, cocktail hour, and even an outdoor terrace space.

The Creekside Event Center was the perfect space for Stephanie & Ian’s May Wedding Reception. Located in Gahanna, Ohio, their reception had the perfect atmosphere and a great party, but also had an amazing view overlooking the Creekside Complex and Mill Street.

Bailey & Dakota’s wedding at the Four Seasons Barn & Event Center was my first opportunity to perform at the Morrow County venue located in Cardington, Ohio.  While we had hoped they would be able to use the beautiful outdoor ceremony space, the snow flurries and colder weather moved the ceremony inside too.  The fireplace and wooden altar provided a great backdrop for the ceremony.

John Michael & Veronica’s March Ceremony and Reception was our first opportunity to perform at the Brickyard. Located in Marion, Ohio, it’s a really cool venue right on Main street featuring architecture that dates back to the 1830’s, but restored and repurposed to create the perfect space for an indoor or outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. There were so many memorable moments through out the afternoon and evening!

James & Chloe’s September Wedding Ceremony and Reception was the second opportunity that I’ve had to perform at the Barn on The Hill, a beautiful barn venue located in Thornville, Ohio. The venue has a couple of outdoor spots for a ceremony and the spacious 2 story barn is the perfect space for a wedding reception. James and Chloe had their ceremony just behind the barn, which provided some shade on a beautiful September afternoon!

Danny & Katie’s wedding ceremony and reception was our first opportunity to work at the Orchard House.  It is a boutique inn located in Granville, Ohio.  Their ceremony space in the wooded area was the perfect spot for an afternoon ceremony in June.  After the ceremony, the reception moved under the covered pavilion just outside of the woods.

Alex & Kyrstin’s wedding ceremony and reception was our final event of the 2021 wedding season.  Both the ceremony and reception were located under the enclosed tent at the Lakes Golf & Country Club located in Westerville, Ohio.  It may have been a little chilly outside, but it was a great afternoon and evening under the heated tent!
